Handicapping The Triple Crown Races For Three Year Olds In North America
There are several series of races around the world known as the Triple Crown, but for the purposes of this article, we’re talking only about the three races held in the United States every year for three year old thoroughbreds. They are the Kentucky Derby, Preakness Stakes, and The Belmont. Each race has its own characteristics because each one is held at a different race track over a different distance and at a different time in each runner’s development.
