How to use handicapping factors is a matter of mainly using several or more of factors in combination with each other to predict the outcome of a race. Horse racing’s made of two major divisions: Profitcapping and Handicapping. Each one have its’ own methods and systems. Profitcapping is methods and systems to determine profit to be made in months and years and has ‘nothing’ to do with selecting horses. Handicapping is methods and systems to predict the order of finish of races by selecting and choosing horses and has ‘nothing’ to do with money. This article notes some of the most tested, proven and used methods and means in racing. In part 1 of this article of the same title other proven tried and true systems are noted.
